2-Day "True Swing" Retreat: Unlock Your Swing 

​

From putting to short game to full swing to the course, Erika will guide you through it all!  This experience will make you feel your golf swing like never before. We will wake up your balance, mobility and touch and coordination.  Learn to move with flow and rhythm, manage tension and apply your swing energy appropriately to different parts of the game.  We will unlock potential speed for driver to cultivate effortless power with control and you will receive your own training kit to take home with some of Erika's favorite tools to continue your journey to grooving your "True Swing" back home.  On Day 2, we will finish up our training and then hit the course after lunch for 9 holes followed by a cocktail hour.

 

Guests of Creighton Farms will be granted access to the dining, locker-room and fitness facilities for the duration of stay.  Breakfast items will be included in your room, and lunches both days will be included.

2-Day "True Swing" Retreat: Taking it to the course!

​

Join my foursome for a fun 2 days of practice and play.   This school will NOT be technique focused instead center more on application, strategy and mindset.  We will start Day 1 with practice rotations for putting and short game. We will then move on to the range to dial in our distance wedges.  We will hit the course and scramble 50 yards and in to try various situations and talk about shotmaking and lies and try to get down in 2 or 3 with a scoring mindset.  After lunch, we will spend time on the range mapping distances, and shot shaping drills.  We will test out our practice on the course for some situational learning. Day 2 we will cover fairways bunkers, unusual lies and course management in the morning.  Lunch and then a full 9 holes in the afternoon to put it together as you play your own ball.
